We typically require 50% advance payment at booking confirmation and the remaining 50% upon delivery. We accept UPI, NEFT/RTGS bank transfer, and cash. We provide proper receipts and GST invoices for all payments.

Yes, we bring all packing materials including 5-ply corrugated cardboard boxes, bubble wrap, foam padding, stretch film, wardrobe boxes, and specialized boxes for electronics and appliances. All packing materials are included in the quotation — you do not need to arrange anything yourself.
Will you dismantle and re-assemble furniture? ▼
Yes. Our team handles the complete dismantling and re-assembly of beds, wardrobes, modular kitchens, and other large furniture pieces. This service is included in our standard shifting package at no extra charge.
Can you handle fragile and valuable items? ▼
Absolutely. We have specialist packers trained in handling fragile and valuable items including glassware, crockery, artwork, antiques, sculptures, and delicate electronics. We use appropriate packaging materials and special crating when necessary for high-value items.
Do you offer unpacking services? ▼
Yes, unpacking is available as an optional add-on service. Our team will unpack all cartons, remove packaging materials, and help arrange your belongings in your new home as per your instructions. This service is especially popular for families with young children or elderly members.
Can you handle heavy appliances like AC and refrigerator? ▼
Yes, we handle all heavy home appliances including air conditioners (including split ACs), refrigerators, washing machines, dishwashers, microwave ovens, and other large appliances. For split ACs, we offer professional dismantling and re-installation at an additional charge. All appliances are packed using specialized materials for safe transit.

Yes, we offer transit insurance for all moves. You can opt for insurance coverage when booking. Transit insurance covers your goods against accidental damage, fire, and theft during the entire moving process from pickup to delivery. The insurance premium is a small percentage of the declared value of your goods.
What happens if something is damaged during shifting? ▼
While damage is extremely rare due to our careful packing and handling procedures, if it does occur and you have opted for transit insurance, you can file a claim and receive compensation. Our team will guide you through the claim process which is quick and transparent. Without insurance, we assess each case individually.
Are your vehicles GPS-tracked? ▼
Yes, all of our vehicles are equipped with GPS tracking. Once your goods are loaded and dispatched, you can track the real-time location of your shipment. We also send regular WhatsApp updates at key milestones during the journey — departure, en-route checkpoints, and estimated delivery time.
